Each HEI is different, so when they partner with us, we apply a three-stage methodology to identify their unique needs, goals and painpoints and develop a customized way forward to take them where they need to go.
STAGE 1
We partner with each HEI that we serve. Our partnership begins with an initial fact-finding process in which we engage with the Board of Directors or Governing Board, the senior administration, institutional effectiveness officers, other administrative officers and school deans as needed, in a dialogue that enables us to gain a deep understanding of the institution’s history, educational philosophy, mission and vision, governance, operational setup, key policies, and strategic positioning.
STAGE 2
Using the information collected in the fact-finding stage, we then proceed to identify the areas that require intervention and we draw up and submit to the HEI a timed action plan outlining how HEP can assist the HEI to close the identified gaps, bring about the required improvements and achieve the desired outcomes in each of these areas within a specified timeframe.
STAGE 3
With the HEI’s approval, we proceed to implement this action plan, working closely with the HEI to obtain (in the strictest confidence) all the data, information and documentation that is needed for implementation
